Senior Site Manager required in South London £65k to £70k + Usual Company Benefits. Senior Site Manager required by South East London Design & Build Main Contractor and Developer who specialise in the new build residential and mixed-use sector. Based on site in South Croydon taking control of a mixed-use development of 79 apartments with commercial units on the ground floor. Concrete frame construction on a logistically challenging site. Completion Summer 2024. The Senior Site Manager will report directly to the Construction Director and will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. Requirements: Experienced in concrete frame construction and fit-out desirable. CSCS/SMSTS & 1st Aid Certificate desirable. Relevant UK Construction/Building Qualification
