Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Henry Martin is excited to be partnering with a leading name within the main contracting market. Our client has had a number of new projects go live over the last months with a full pipeline of new schemes. Our client is now looking to add to their commercial team a talented assistant quantity surveyor. As an Assistant quantity surveyor, you will be managing several subcontractor packages as well as general surveying duties. This will be a site-based role with a level of flexible working from a site based in the West London area. The project is a £50m R/C frame residential scheme with the majority of the commercial & operational team in place. The scheme has just kicked off and has a number of years left to run. As well as our client being a known name in the main contracting market, they also have a reputation for offering a great working environment, excellent support and training and unrivalled financial packages. Ideally, my client is looking for someone with 3 + years of experience with the main contractor and who has experience in managing subcontractor packages.
