My Client is a contractor that specialises in a variety of sectors including Residential, Healthcare & Commercial and is growing fast with a number of new projects wins as well as a healthy order book for next year. Due to new project wins my client is looking to make an addition to the commercial team with a strong quantity surveyor. You will be responsible for various commercial duties including; Procurement, Managing various subcontractor packages & submitting cost reports to the commercial lead. This project is a £40m New build Healthcare scheme in East London that has over 2 years left to run before completion. My client is Ideally looking for someone with NEC contract experience although this isn't essential. In return, my client can offer market-leading training, support and career development and have a track record of promoting from within.
