Senior Quantity Surveyor

Henry Marting Group is proud to be partnered with a leading residential contractor that covers the London & Essex regions. Working on a mix of RC frame and traditional build schemes ranging in value between £10m & £80m. Due to a number of new project wins, my client is looking to add to their commercial team an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. you will be responsible for leading a £40m scheme in East London that is a mix of RC frame & Traditional Build Blocks. this is due to Start over the next month and has over 2 years to run. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the commercial team on the project.
