Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a leading developer within the London market who have partnered with us in there search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is a lead surveyor role for a particular phase on a flagship project in Harrow. the overall scheme is over 2000 units and has a number of years to run on the project. my client are ideally looking for someone who has experience in running a number of projects from initial stages to final accounts with a main contractor or a developer. The particular phase you will be responsible for running is 180 units and a Value of £52M and is set to kick off early part of next year.
