Fabrication Supervisor

JN Technical are recruiting an experienced Fabrication Supervisor for a well established structural steel company who are based in the North West of England. As the Fabrication Supervisor you will be responsible for: - Productivity - Supervising personnel - Ensuring health and safety is adhered to - Maintaining Quality standards - Inductions - Tool box talks Due to an exciting expansion plan and winning of contracts, our client are now looking to appoint a Fabrication Supervisor with a strong fabrication/welding background into their management team. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running and operational effectiveness of the fabrication and welding teams. In your role as Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient management of production, staff, plant and materials to ensure the timely production of goods and services to meet the customers' requirements. To be considered for this exciting role you must have - * At least 5 years' experience in a similar production supervisor role within a steel fabrication environment * Practical welding and fabrication experience * Strong supervisory experience with proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver to budget * IT literate This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and growing steel fabricator
