What you'll be doing

Managing the Council's growing property investment fund for corporate estat). You'll be the key service lead within the corporate estate team. A small but focussed team who cover valuation and estates management.

Working closely with key stakeholders by effectively communicating and undertaking the management and valuation services for the commercial investment portfolio both with internal and external clients. You'll consult and engage with Service users and members of the public as well as with other LCC Departments. Being responsible for communicating to the City Mayor and the Executive, on Commercial property and asset management, local investment, and economic growth.

What you'll need

With excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You'll use your In depth knowledge of industry best practices to deliver service standards.
