Job Description

Coyles are urgently require a Project Co-ordinator for a Construction company Job role will be as follows :- Support operation/project managers to deliver projects on time, safely and within cost by carrying out the following duties. * NRSWA Noticing & Traffic Management * Monitor all permit updates. Update supervision and management on deadline and start dates. * Serve opening and closing permits. * Request early starts and extensions as required. * Serve traffic management applications. * Review and manage all FPN, Defects and Sec 74’s. * Monitor and extend traffic management applications as required. * Request AWS Signs and ensure TM contractor are informed of booking requirement in advance of works starting. * Liaise with CDMTA and local authorities for upfront meetings, progress meetings and issuing general update on works (comments on permits) * Materials and plant * Liaise with supervision by requesting fittings lists 30-days prior to start date and serve to stores (above 180mm) * Reforecast pipe requirements as and when required (4-6 weeks) * Liaise with supervision and coordinate the delivery of plant and equipment. * Collate plant and labour returns and distribute weekly. * Programme * Collate measure sheets and distribute weekly. * Update programme with weekly measure, delays and distribute. * Ensure all documentation and data for each project is recorded and stored. * Work alongside STW Communication team and supervision with updated programme dates for STW to deliver communications to customers. * Networks Intervention * Liaise with supervision on weekly network outages, ensuring R&C’s are in place and contingency plans reviewed. * Liaising with supervision, ensuring all pressure test, chlorination and samples are booked. * Other * Assist with creating construction phase plans, site construction files and updating utility drawings within required timeframes. * Attend Weekly meetings. * Collate Weekly Mains Rehab minutes, distribute minutes prior to and following meeting undertaking any actions throughout the week in a timely manner. * Update scheme drawings weekly with completed measures. * Update and distribute Weekly Whereabouts. * Regular site visits and audits. * Collate data and assist with H&S incident investigation and audit reports
