Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager for a well-established regional residential developer. They are enjoying a period of growth and can offer anyone suitable for the role longevity with the opportunity to progress as the project will have 8 years left to run. The project is based in East London and is a major scheme within the business offering 1000 units across 12 blocks of hi-rise flats. Candidates of interest will have experience working for either a residential developer or a main contractor on RC Frame projects. Will be able to enforce H&S standards, will have the ability to understand technical drawings, will be First Aid qualified, SMSTS trained and hold a CSCS card (Gold).
