Site Manager - Commercial

Site Manager – Commercial Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to run a new build project for a Steel Framed extention on a school, just outside of Guildford. This will be going live in September with the project estimated to complete in May 2023. The project will involve a groundwork's package, steel frame, cladding and full internal works. Site Manager Requirements: * SMSTS Certificate * CSCS Card * First Aid qualified * UK driving licence * NVQ Level 5 Qualified (Desirable) * Excellent organisational & team management skills * Steel Frame and Groundworks experience * Client facing Site Manager Key Responsibilities: * Run daily site activities * Report and liaise with the Project Manager * Manage subcontractors and specialists onsite * Record project progress and ensure deadlines are met * Ensure on-site Health and Safety * Chair site meetings * Quality Assurance of works Site Manager Salary: * £280.00 per day Site Manager Schedule: * Monday to Friday- (Apply online only) The Site Manager is due to start in Sept 2022 and is expected to run for up to 8 months.
