This housebuilder specialises in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. This company have managed to thrive since the pandemic and have a thorough growth plan which will increase their units from 120 per year to 250 per year. This company are currently looking to build a Commercial team, this will mean you will be the playing a pivotal part in the company's success. They understand that their staff are the foundations of the company and therefore offer a generous salary as well as an outstanding benefits package and bonus scheme. They are looking to employ an experience Estimator looking to influence the commercial department and assist with the delivery of high specification developments. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator who is looking to join a High Quality Developer with and play their part in the success in a growing company. In the role you will be in charge of 3 to 4 developments at any given time. Your duties will include but not be subject to preparations of appraisals/cost plans whilst also monitoring and managing the standard house type cost base liaising with both Land and Commercial to ensure the costs are current. The ideal candidate will have Estimating experience with a Residential housebuilder who is looking to contribute to a company's continued success.
