Civils Construction Managers or Supervisors (Nights)

We are currently recruiting for one the countries premier construction projects. We are looking for Managers and Supervisors to lead construction phased plans around civils disciplines. This work will predominantly be nights and involve overseeing workers/contractors to ensure project milestones are being met. Main responsibilities include * Coordinating actions across stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met. * Coordination of the build programme to accelerate concrete works, RC frames and reinforced structures * Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to regulatory standards * Coordination of work programmes to ensure deadlines are met and the required project parameters are met Skills and experience You will need infrastructure experience relating to civils, concrete, structures, RC frames etc. The ideal person will have worked on large scale sites with principle contractors ideally within the nuclear sector and be able to deliver schemes on time/budget and report the project progress at a senior level Will have several roles and are looking for Managers and Supervisors from a Civils background Ideally, you will be professionally qualified either HNC/HND, BSc, Degree in a relevant construction discipline preferably Civil Engineering or Construction Management. MCIOB would be advantageous but not essential. A main contractor background is preferred. SMSTS, 1st Aid & Black CSCS Card as a minimum
