The Company The successful customer care operative will join a well established and ward winning housebuilder that builds stunning houses primarily across the home counties. The Role The customer care operative will be required to carry out warranty works for the customers, prior to their move in and ensure the quality meets standards. Responsibilities / Skills required: Carpentry background or related skill Reporting any issues with the properties Dressing of show homes Assist with diagnosis of issues on listed buildings, e.g. water damage Audit reports Liaise with customers Update team with progressRequirements: Trade qualification Carry out maintenance works (roofing, painting, decorating, basic plumbing, external works) Health and Safety compliance Time management, customer service, problem solving and communication skills essential also.In Return… £35,000-£36,000 33 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays) 6% pension contribution on a matching basis after 3 months Private healthcare contribution, subject to eligibility and can join after 6 months serviceIf you are considering your career opportunities, and have a trade background, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James.
