Health & Safety Manager

Health & Safety Manager Bristol - South West Region Permanent £55,000 - £65,000 plus package I have an exciting opportunity to work for a civil engineering specialist on a large project in Bristol region with further projects across South West/South Wales region. The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering experience, ideally have some knowledge of rail or scaffolding would be beneficial, is able to engage with site team to provide solutions and work in collaboration with the client and senior stakeholders on the project. The position will support the Group Director with the delivery and implementation of the HSEQ strategy The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for: Work alongside site, client and senior stakeholders to ensure there is a positive and collaborative health & safety culture Leading the project in implementation of the health & safety strategy Be the focal point for all Health & Safety advice and support on the project The Health & Safety Manager will have: 3 years + experience working in a health & safety position Experience working in a civil engineering, knowledge of rail or scaffolding would be a distinct advantage NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required (Grad IOSH or CMIOSH, working towards considered) Happy to be in a site focused position with travel across the region Vacancy Reference: PR/(phone number removed) Vacancy Owner: Phillip Muston | (url removed) | | (+44) (phone number removed)
