Core responsibilities will typically include:
Nominated Account Manager for a select number of Client Accounts.
Engage, develop, and maintain relationships.
Deliver wide range of consultancy services with a focus on high-risk activities.
Comprehensive Strategic H&S and a/c management support for designated clients.
Conduct incident investigation service and be the primary key contact.
Understand the requirements of Principal Designer (PD) / Principal Contractor (PC).
Complete work deliverables to satisfy CDM 2015 Regulations (role appropriate).
Maximise and identify new opportunities, particularly with designated accounts.
Building and maintaining, strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Quality audit, check and suggest changes to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in an H&S role in a Construction related setting.
Hold a NEBOSH / NCRQ Diploma.
Ability to deliver PD / PC related services on smaller-scale design and build projects.
GradIOSH / MIIRSM membership, or qualifications/experience to promptly attain.
Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic approach to risk management.
Genuine desire to learn, continuously improve, broaden, and be challenged.
Desire to inspire, motivate and support others and share your knowledge.
A keen eye for detail; authoring professional technical reports to a high standard.
A good listener, taking on board what our clients need and the ability to translate this into practical advice and solutions
