Here at Aggregate Industries, we're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor based out at Central Belt Scotland. The primary duty for this role is to support the Area Operations Manager in the overseeing of the safe and efficient management and operations of a cluster of concrete depots within the North East Area. You will ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards and procedures and be actively involved in internal and external Auditing processes. What will you bring? * The right candidate must have Proactive Approach to H&S with in-depth knowledge of IMS systems. * Ideally have a good understanding of Concrete Production Processes (However training can be provided). * IOSH Managing Safely/preferably NEBOSH (Or working towards NEBOSH). * First Aid certificate. * Management of confined spaces (Training can be provided). * MPA Level 2/3 diploma in plant process (desirable). * Full driving license and the ability to drive to and from concrete depots as and when required.
