Technical Manager Vauxhall, South London £(Apply online only) a day (outside IR35) | 12+ months A long term contract opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join a busy, privately owned main contractor on a site in Vauxhall, South London. The Technical Manager will be site based and working closely with the project team from the start of the programme. Some of the Technical Managers key duties will include: Plan & deliver all technical aspects of the programme ensuring you work closely with all parties to form a reliable design strategy Work with the site teams to monitor and report on the technical teams progress on all the set deliverables Monitor and track all scope changes and ensure the change control processes are followed Provide clear, concise details about remaining risks which the site teams will need to be aware of Work with site teams to reduce project waste and minimise carbon footprints Work closely with the client and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met where possible and act as the connection between project and client teams Technical Managers applying for this position must have previous experience working as a Technical Manager on a construction project in the UK. Ideally, your previous experience will need to be on large residential projects. The rate on offer is £(Apply online only) per day and outside of IR35.
