Internals Construction Manager Required - 1 Years Fixed Term Contract - Peterborough - £70K -£75K per annum - Major Hospital Project The Company/Position: I am currently recruiting on behalf of a top 10 Main Contractor with a turnover approaching £1 Billion. They are currently recruiting for a construction manager to work on an existing hospital. They are responsible for the conversion of 3 empty spaces across the hospital into wards valued at £10m - £15m.They are seeking someone that is highly experienced with managing Internal sub-contractors on major complex projects whilst maintaining good relations with the client. Duties: * Responsible for pushing the internal works programme forward to ensure project deadlines met. * Including ordering of materials, sub contract management and client liaison. * Responsible for Quality - Check specification & drawings against works completed & materials used. * Maintain visual effect of site and surrounding area projects Requirements: * Previous experience Ideally Pharmaceutical or Healthcare (not essential) * Must be strong on the internals side CAT A & B and M&E * Degree in Construction Management Advantageous but (not essential) What is in it for you? * A basic salary (negotiable) * Contributory Pension Scheme. * Private Healthcare. * Life Assurance * Discretionary Bonus Scheme.
