Site Manager

Our Client requires a Site Manager for a project in Christchurch. Required for the Site Management Role; - SMSTS - First Aid - CSCS Card - PPE Duties to include, managing a site building 47 apartments to ensure they are completed to a high spec by the intended finish date, manage sub-contractors and outline expectations, make sure all health and safety is adhered to, work alongside the contractors to run a smooth site and all other associated tasks. This a good opportunity to work with a well knock local builder with the possibility of long term work.
