Job Description
I'm looking for a Voids Multi Trade for a voids contract in Redditch. This will be working within empty properties carrying out refurbs to get the property back to a lettable standard.
Works for the Voids Multi Trade will include:
Carpentry
Basic Plumbing
Tiling
Patch Plastering
Decorating
Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements
I'm keen on speaking to Voids Multi Trades that:
Has Social Housing Experience
Has their own transport
and in return, the successful Voids Multi Trade will receive:
£21 per hour
weekly pay, CIS
