Multi Trade - Voids

I'm looking for a Multi Trade for a voids contract in Coventry and Warwick. This will involve entering empty properties once tenants have vacated the home and refurbishing them back to a lettable standard A Company Van and fuel card is supplied from day one, and works for the Multi Trade will include: Carpentry Plumbing Tiling Patch Plastering Decorating Kitchens and Bathrooms I'm keen on speaking to Multi Trades that: Has Social Housing Experience Holds a Full UK Driving Licence (A company van will be provided) and in return, the successful Multi Trade will receive: £21 per hour A company van and fuel card Long term work The opportunity for a permanent contract if you want one If you're interested in this Multi Trade role, then please apply online or call Sean on (phone number removed)
