The initial project will have you overseeing a successful team working on £4 Million new build of a commercial building. General projects you will be working on will include new build and refurbishments of offices, schools, leisure centres and public sector buildings up to the value of £15 Million. Ideal Skills and Qualifications also include: SMSTS Card Previous Experience is preferred First Aid qualified Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects Longevity within previous positions Some experience within high-spec retail projects Trade background is advantageous but not essentialYour Duties will include: Ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are always maintained To work with the team to make sure the projects are delivered by the company's deadline, in budget and to the highest standard. Responsible for the management of subcontractors, communicating with them daily to ensure work is being undertaken to plan and the relevant standards are being achieved. Monitor the use of utilities to ensure costs do not exceed the budget Regular communication with the MD and other managers to keep them updated on any progress, concerns and actions being taken.
