Site Manager

Our Client requires a Site Manager for a New Housing project in Exeter. Start Date - October 3rd 2022. Length of work initially up to 8 Months. Required; - SMSTS - First Aid - CSCS Card - Relevant Experience and References Duties to include as No.1 on site: liaising with and managing sub-contractors, working closely with and reporting to the project manager, keeping on top of all paperwork and documents, ensuring health and safety measures are met, making sure deadlines are met in line with the work plans and all other associated tasks.
