Service Manager - Fire & Security

Service Manager (Fire & Security) Norfolk Have you managed a team of Engineers????? Seeking a Fire & Security Service Manager in the Norfolk area. As a Service Manager (Fire & Security) you will be managing the Service Delivery & KPI's for a team for up to 17 Engineers in accordance and to meet the contract expectations. * Managing a team of 15 - 20 Service Engineers (Fire & Security) * Managing Productivity & performance. * Conduct regular safety and quality audits on the Engineers and Sub-Contractors * Manage and monitor Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors Package: * Base salary: £40,000 - £45,000 * Annual Bonus Scheme (£10% approx.) * Commission Scheme (£4,000 approx) * Company Car (or Car allowance) * 25 Days Holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays) * Sick Pay * Pension (matched up to 7%) This opportunity is perfect for a Service Manager (Fire & Security) who is enthusiastic, results driven and has previous experience managing productivity.
