Site Manager October 2022 - 31.03.2023 Coventry £25.00ph CIS The Client My Client is one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide every year. My Client is looking to recruit a Site Manager for their project based in Coventry. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to manage a fire door installation programme in Coventry. You will be required to oversee the schedule of works to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time and within budget. Duties Ensuring all scheduled works are completed on time and within budget Overseeing direct and sub-contract labour, resources, and materials Liaising with Tenants, Project Manager & Tenant Liaisons regarding access and programme Monitoring and managing programme of works on site Attending site meetings and updating progress to Management team Ensuring a strong proactive approach to Health & Safety, ensuring projects follow company procedures and legal legislation Maintaining positive relationships with sub-contractors, Client, and management team to ensure smooth running of the project Ensuring quality control is adhered to and works are completed to a high standard Identifying any additional works or snagging lists First point of contact for all Health & Safety matters. Understand the service scope and ensure residents are kept fully informed where needed Investigate complaints and underlying causes and prepare written responses.
