Development Manager | Large Scale residential - Strategic Land

This Development Manager will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, where they will truly develop, and add value where possible. Inline with current workloads, this Development Manager will gain exposure to plots that have potential for 100 – 1,800 units. You will also have a strong focus on planning, legal aspects, and section 106. With this in mind, you will gain strong experience to managing multi-disciplinary teams, viability case planning, and exposure to large scale strategic sites.
