Multi Skilled Operative Manchester Temporary - Permanent £31,200 + van Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Multi-Skilled Operative to work on tenanted properties. The main purpose of the role will be working on kitchen refurbishments, completing damp proofing, basic joinery and basic plumbing Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative include: Working on tenanted social housing properties completing reactive repairs Carrying out damp proofing, basic plumbing and basic joinery on kitchens Developing effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to support the delivery of a customer focused service Booking in any follow-on work identified during the repair visit with the customer at the time of the repair on a PDA Measuring and inspecting repairs, and ordering appropriate materials Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures Requirements of the Multi Skilled Operative includes: UK Driving License Damp Proofing experience To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall - Divisional Manager at Hamilton Woods on (phone number removed) or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing BH 4884.
