Contracts Manager

This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to work on a number of forthcoming contracts. As a well established business, they consistently aim to be leaders in building relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers alike. They need to attract a Contracts Manager for their projects in London. The appointed candidate will play a major role in managing key construction contracts. A stable track record and relevant new build / complicated refurb / conversion construction experience combined with the ability to commence and complete contracts in a profitable and timely manner is required. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to run a £3m and £6m high end new build residential schemes in Hampstead and Chelsea. You will be required to regularly visit all sites within your control; checking on programme and progress, the standard and quality of work, the management of safety, the adequacy and accuracy of records, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, the correct use of sub-contractors and labour and the company’s image.
