Job Description

Key Information * A dynamic property maintenance, refurbishment and new build contractor are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to facilitate the running of works for their Retail and Leisure team * As an award-winning contractor, this business are a social and environmentally responsible family run business with a rich heritage, delivering a range of bespoke services and solutions to a wide variety of clients. * £35,000 - £50,000 + company car or allowance Location: Hybrid working * Time split between 2-3 days at home, 1-day at their office in Stoke and 1-day site based anywhere across England, Scotland or Wales * Due to this, you will be offered flexible working on non-travel days to ensure a work life balance * Working on fast fit works, including refurbishments for Retail and Leisure facilities.
