Architectural Technician or Technologist (Project Leader)

An award winning and long established practice, with a focus on housing schemes, is recruiting for an Architectural Technician or Technologist. Recent projects range from high density urban developments to innovative low carbon projects and specialist housing schemes. Typical high density developments range from 30 to 100 units for both affordable housing providers and private developers. The ideal candidate will have worked on similar housing projects across all stages, will possess excellent design and communication skills as well as being technically adept. You will have experience running a small team and be proficient using Revit and SketchUp.
