Design Coordinator

They are now actively looking to strengthen their design department with the addition of an experienced Design Coordinator to support the upcoming workload. The business has an enviable reputation up and down the country, built on successful project delivery across a variety of sectors, high levels of staff retention, excellent career development and progression routes and a solid pipeline of work. The business operates across numerous sectors but currently have a focus of larger industrial projects in Manchester and the surrounding area with typical projects averaging around £70m The ideal candidate will be an established Design Coordinator with experience working for a main contractor with strong project delivery experience as well as having experience in industrial, commercial or student accommodation sectors.
