Contracts Manager

AL565: Contracts Manager Location: Aylesbury Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE + vehicle + biannual bonus. Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This role is officed based with Day and night-time site work. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: First contact with customers. Maintaining relationship with existing customers. Writing safe systems of work. Scheme pricing from client enquiries. Attending EECI and ECI meetings. Resource planning. Materials procurement. Assess training needs. Drafting payment applications/invoices. Maintain scheme files. Site inspections of bridge components. Leasing with German sales and production teams. Skills and Qualifications: BEng or equivalent. SMSTS or NEBOSH construction certificate. CSCS card. Product training in all company product range. Good understanding of Microsoft office. 10+ experience in the construction industry. CAD experience would be an advantage. Location: Aylesbury Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE + vehicle + biannual bonus
