Clerk of Works Hours: 36 hours per week Location: Shropshire Salary: £37,415 per annum The Organisation: The Wrekin Housing Group is a socially minded organisation that makes a difference to people's lives. (For further details please visit our website ) The Role: We are looking for an individual is keen to carry out both office and fieldwork on forms for construction. The individual will be responsible for receiving and checking the accuracy of contractors records, reporting and maintaining records of all design at the sites of which they control and furthermore be part of a well establish team. This role requires detailed inspections, working closely with a range of our stakeholders to ensure the high standards are continued and a Health & Safety forefront thinking individual. (For further details please read the Full Job Description) What you will need: A qualification in construction or surveying is not essential however is desired for this role given the expectations. Following that, detailed knowledge and experience of Residential Construction will go hand in hand with knowledge of Construction Contracts, Building Regulation requirements and Design & Quality standards.
