Site Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential developer who work on select developments in Surrey and West London. This will be joining to run a site of 56 units of traditional building housing in Guildford. This site is currently at ground works stage and we are looking for someone who would be joining to take over the site when it moves to oversee the brickwork contractor and beyond. This is a 3 year phased site with further sites in the pipeline. The ideal person for this role will hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid as well as have extensive experience on similar developments. For more information please call Joanna
