Technical Manager

The client is a well respected residential developer operating throughout London and the South East having been trading for 20 years. They are currently in the process of mobilising a specialist cladding division within the company, to assess and undertake cladding works on legacy buildings as part of their post Grenfell commitments. To assist this new team, they are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager who can initially carry out the coordination of the initial surveys and manage the various third parties involved in this process. In the medium term there will be an opportunity for this individual to go on to be a senior member of this team and lead the technical department as they assess and complete works on over 100 buildings in London. Applicants must be from a residential technical background and have experience of cladding design management
