Programme Delivery Officer

This role supports the Programme Delivery Manager working within the Delivery team. As well as supporting the Programme Delivery Manager, you will also be developing your own knowledge and skills for your own career path. You will manage medium to higher risk land-led developments, and joint venture projects from execution of construction contract/development agreement to end of defects liability period. Communication is key as you will work alongside both the New Markets team and Development & Investment Director and Programme Delivery Manager to not only delivery well designed homes but to identify and secure new procurement opportunities.
