Site Manager - Immediate start

Site Manager Long term contract Immediate start Regional contractor need an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new project starting in Manchester You will run the project from start to finish Project value £4m The first project will be a residential refurbishment scheme involving external and internal refurbishment of a housing scheme. Directing the Site team and subcontractors. Report to a visiting Contracts Manager. Work with the client ensure the project runs successfully at all times. Manage all documentation and reporting systems. Direct tradesman on site. Ensure health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy. Person specification * You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor. * Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations. * Construction or trade qualification is desireable. * Have run projects from start to finish and involved in all aspects of the build. * Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation. * Worked on residential refurbishment projects * Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently. * You must have current CSCS, First aid and SMSTS This role is offered on a contract basis, it is anticipated the role will evolve as new projects have been secured in Manchester. Therefore this role offers an excellent opportunity for progression
