Site Agent

I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to join a market leader on a £220m Highways scheme which includes a new dual carriageway, bridge and 140-metre-long underpass. As a Site Agent you will provide direction to the site teams in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for the management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers & Foremen. As Site Agent, you will be responsible for; Responsibility for the safe, efficient delivery of projects Write RAMS, control permits and temporary works on site Manage Engineers, Supervisors and specialist Subcontractors and build collaborative teams Ensure accuracy of programme updates and project forecast during construction phase. Management of supply chain during construction Manage customers and general public impacted by our works Developing and delivering project management plans including environment, quality, safety, health and wellbeing Ensure project is delivered safe, on time and efficientAs Site Agent, you will have the following experience and qualifications; Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent Excellent team player and leader, able to work competently and independently without supervision SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Experience of major Highways or Civil Engineering schemes above the value of £50mIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please contact Leo Peat for further information
