Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a leading installer of external wall insulation and cladding, established for over 30 years. With projects with commercial clients and leading contractors across the country, they have a strong focus on customer service, safety and delivery. Much of their workload is with repeat clients and they are proud of these relationships.
Your role with this company will be to work with the senior management team to deliver commercially successful projects, liaising with contractors, consultants and supply chain to achieve this. Working on contractual matters, valuations, site visits and general QS duties, you will strive to maintain and develop relationships that are long-standing.
The role would suit a recent Quantity Surveying/Construction Management graduate or Junior/Assistant QS looking to progress with a company that support continual learning and career development. Experience of working within a sub-contractor environment and some knowledge of cladding, external insulation and brickwork would be an advantage but not essential. What is essential is the drive to achieve commercial success within a collaborative, team environment and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and supply chain.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and work history and a competitive package is included.
