Construction Cleaner CSCS Card Permanent Location: Leicester £19,500 with Van, Fuel Card, Tools and Phone 37.5 hours Zeal Recruitment are recruiting for a Construction Cleaner of New Build properties to work within the Leicester and Derby locations. This is a fantastic job as the business are true believers in investing in their work force. If you live within Oadby, Wigston and Fosse area of Leicester this would be perfect. This would also suit someone who has come from a facilities background for commercial contract cleaning or working on a construction site. As it’s a construction site, you will be required to have a valid CSCS card or apply for the test which will be arranged by yourself. Once you pass, the business will pay for the final stage of the CSCS process. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for the 3 stages of cleaning of the New Build properties. 1 stage: the deep clean whilst the builds are being constructed 2nd stage: The show room clean before the potential tenants view the properties 3rd stage: The sparkle clean – this is for to make sure the house is ready for their new owners As the cleaner for the Leicester location your duties will also include: • General cleaning • Removal of protective sheeting • 2/3 cleans per day • Deep cleaning throughout the areas: Ideally you will have: • Experience of cleaning within new builds but not essential as training will be provided • Clean drivers licence • CSCS Card – essential or be willing to do the test. We can guide you on the process. • A positive and enthusiastic approach • Great attention to detail • Thrives on challenges and making sure you give 100% The successful Cleaner would be provided with a van, tools and fuel card to enable them to drive to various sites within the Leicester area.
