The Senior Building Surveyor role The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of project and professional services within the education, residential, healthcare, and retail sectors. Professional services include contract administration, building surveys, design, schedule of condition, specification and report writing, tender documentation, employers agent, feasibility studies, and defect analysis. Projects you will be working on include; refurbishments, planned maintenance, new builds, replacements, and safeguarding work. You will be joining a team of highly qualified professionals supporting a strong, long standing client base. There is opportunity to progress to the next level.
