Job Description
One of my key clients is looking for a No.1 Project Manager to join their team after several project wins across the Bristol & Bath region.
Previous experience in working for the main contractor is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone to be hands-on and have excellent people skills. You will be experienced in putting teams to work and working directly under the Construction Director. The company has plans for growth in the region.
You must also have some longevity on your cv as this is a permanent position and not freelance.
Looking for someone with:
* Minimum 10 years + experience on large developments
* Proven experience on high-quality finishes in high spec developments would be desirable
* Strong leadership and organisational capabilities and be skilled in meeting deadlines
* Excellent references and a good track record in the industry
* Assist in the Procurement Schedule and dates with Quantity Surveyors.
* Preparation of Progress Reports for bi-weekly meetings.
* Ability to prepare, track and maintain Project Programme, Microsoft, Asta Planner or another.
