Senior Quantity Surveyor

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead with immediate effect. Whilst working in this role you will oversee Commercial elements of an £83M, 460 unit, build to rent new build scheme in Bristol. You will also manage a team of Commercial staff of around 2-3 in number, whilst reporting into a roaming Managing Quantity Surveyor. My client are a multi disciplinary Main Contractor, with a solid reputation spanning many sectors and an £800m+ turnover. The ideal candidate for the role, will have excellent Main Contractor experience and a proven work history of delivering large new build developments. You will be rewarded with a good salary of circa £75K + Package, including a guaranteed 4% annual bonus, along with another discretionary bonus each year.
