Job Description
I am currently working with a leading design and build firm specialising in creating luxury office spaces who are looking to recruit an architectural trained professional to join their team. As part of their design team, you will work closely with the broader design team and coordinators to create drawing packages for active projects at RIBA stages 3 to 4.
This role is office based 5 days a week.

The ideal candidate:

Have a degree or HND in any architectural design discipline;
*
3+ years experience post qualification;
*
MUST be competent using AutoCAD;
*
Highly motivated who can work in a fast-paced environment;
*
Sound knowledge of latest UK building regulations, legislation;
*
(ideally) have previous experience at a D&B firm;
*
(advantageous) have previous experience working on office space projects.
