Technical Manager

Our client are a well known and well respected House builder based in the Birmingham area and they are currently in the market for an experienced Technical Manager to join the busy Technical team. Joining the region as Technical Manager, you will be charged with the day-to-day running of up to 4 sites, consisting of Architectural and Engineering. You will be required to support the Technical Director in ensuring regional targets are hit, through ensuring KPI's are met. You will also play a key role in supporting the training, development and encouragement of young talent within the team. To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience working for a volume residential developer of at least 5 years in a similar role. Ideally you will have an engineering bias, or at least have enjoyed abundant exposure to engineering aspects on the role. A full driving licence is a must as you will be visiting sites and running your own more challenging projects for the business. * Relevant degree or similar level technical qualification e.g. Architectural Technologist * Experience in a Technical Construction role * Good Planning, organising and prioritising skills * Good technical skills Full UK driving licence For more information on this role, please send you CV in to David Stevens at BCS Connect
