Assistant Site Manager

The Opportunity Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to be involved in an iconic new build residential scheme in Brentwood, Essex; which involves the construction of 150 units which includes the retained façade of a Grade II listed building and the new build of RC frame apartment blocks along with underground car park and extensive landscaping and infrastructure work. This is a fast pace development; which is in need of a Site Manager with a keen eye for quality finishes; passionate about delivering high standard internal fit-out, and the drive to ensure targets are achieved – with a focus on assisting the site team to deliver multiple blocks of apartment fit-out over a prolonged period. * 150 apartments and penthouses in the main site * Underground parking * Ground floor commercial space * Hard and soft landscaping, and infrastructure * Great progression routes & project pipeline The Candidate The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Site Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of RC frame residential projects would be ideal for this position; whilst someone with key experiencer of managing internal fit-out of apartments is vital for this opportunity.
