An excellent opportunity has arisen for Fire Risk Assessors / Health and Safety Advisors to join a family run consultancy who specialise in property and facility risk management services in the residential, hotel and leisure, and block management estate portfolios. Our client delivers fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, health and safety assessments and full compliance services utilising a bespoke in house system. You would work home with excellent work life balance covering Somerset and regions around the county. Job requirements include but not limited to: - Fire Risk Assessments non complex to complex Producing technical Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Reports and provide remedial action Provide Fire Safety advice Ensure clients are compliant with current legislation using the relevant guides and standards applicable Health & Safety Advice Health and Safety Assessments CPD training What our client offers:- CPD and full training Level 4 Diploma in fire risk assessment Fire Door surveying qualification Company car Excellent Pension & Holiday scheme Competitive salary up to £38,000 p/a Flexible working from home We are seeking Fire Risk Assessors or Health and Safety Advisors with excellent personal and communication skills, have the ability to excel and want to progress within a developing family run consultancy.
