Site Manager - Finchley Our client is an incredibly well established developer that delivers medium sized projects of up to 40 units almost exclusively in the North London area. They are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to join their team. They have a project due to start imminently delivering 23 flats and 3 houses as well as a strong pipeline of work going forward. The right candidate will have an excellent attitude and desire to learn from the highly experienced team around them. They can provide training and qualifications in order to reach your full potential! They also have a very reliable supply chain making your life easier. The ideal Site Manager will have: Minimum of 1 years Site Management experience Experience working on medium sized residential developments SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Experience running labour and directing sub-contractors Excellent attitude to work and desire to learnJob details: Start date: ASAP Location: Finchley Salary: £60,000 - £70,000We are a Kiwi / Aussie owned & operated company that has been helping people in the construction industry for 20 years
