Our client is looking for a Commercial Energy Assessor to join their well-established UK leading testing, inspection, and compliance team. You will be joining a team of enthusiastic and committed technical specialists within the field of energy and environmental services that focus on commercial properties across the UK. To be considered for this Commercial Energy Assessor role you will have: Level 3 or 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification Relevant industry experience, including site-visits Full clean UK driving licence and willing to travel to sites across the UK Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience using Design Builder softwareWorking as a Commercial Energy Assessor your role may include: Undertaking site inspections and analyse findings Issuing Energy Performance Certificates Completing written reports Undertaking TM44 inspections Reporting to clients in a professional and timely manner Liaising with clients and build lasting relationshipsOur client is offering a competitive salary with great benefits including: pension; generous holiday allowance; travel expenses covered; and many more.
