The Senior Design Manager role Reporting to the Regional Design Manager you will play an integral role in tendering, delivering, developing and guiding key projects for us in the from a design perspective. Upholds the Visions and Values of the Company Enables the delivery of well-considered, quality design solutions Plans design workloads and motivates teams of people, to work collaboratively in delivering a coordinated and coherent design Motivates and inspires designers to produce their best work using their flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way Strives to eliminate health and safety risks in the design Profile You will have a degree or HNC/HND in a relevant construction or design field, Preferably, you'll have a detailed working knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects or any other internet-based document storage solutions Knowledge of current CDM and Building Regulations Experience guiding a design team on major projects £100M
